She throws her hands up, like someone on a rollercoaster, and shouts, "Wheeee!" Then she notices the proper train whistle and blows it, rewarded with a true piercing whistle shriek and not some grey dialogue box.
Another yelp of delight, and she pulls the whistle again.
If Indy doesn't stop her, she'll be yanking the whistle's chain the entire trip.
