She bows down to pull the trousers from his ankles and stands up with them.

"Why would I be given gifts?" Moon smiles at him faintly. "I don't have a birthday and I've never been anywhere for a holiday when they're typically given."

Moon doesn't mind, of course.

"He gave me ever-blooming blue roses. They're very pretty." She sets aside his trousers with the shirt and belt.
