Moon looks up from the couch when she hears the door open.
"Charlie?"
But she stops, half peeking above the couch back, her green eyes wide as she sees Ruin give Jason a shove in, offer her a wink, and then close the door. The viewscreen is prattling on with some romantic movie that has been making her laugh, and she hears Mare's low warning growl when the wolf sees Jason.
Moon is naked.
Completely and utterly, settled with a bunch of blankets on the couch. Charlie had told her she didn't have to wear clothes here, and so she hasn't.
She hadn't been expecting company.
Moon stares at Jason, noticing all the subtle differences in him since she'd last seen him, and then her eyes meet his, but she doesn't have any words for him.
So she stays there, kneeling on the couch facing him.

"My wolf," she breathes, and only then do her eyes close, her lips pressing to his again for another kiss.

"Moon," he murmurs, moving slowly but deliberately within her.

Moon doesn't need to whisper that she loves him, that she's missed him. It's in every touch, glance, and sound. It's in how she offers herself to him without a thought beyond being close. It in the wordless forgiveness.
Her breath quivers against his wet skin as she whimpers, her own hips moving to meet his at the pace he sets. The arousal that he'd awoken before entering her builds with quiet intensity, with each movement, and her nibbling and sucking on his throat becomes more pronounced the closer she comes.

He holds her tightly, his hips working faster, keeping time with the ragged, heated breaths against her skin. He's so close now, but he's striving to hold out...she has to be close...

After several moments, his arms start to quiver and he slumps against her, moaning softly.

The laughter tastes of joy and sunshine to her, and she revels in the pleasant heaviness of her body, the wetness of his within her.
"Jason," she purrs, savoring the name on her tongue.

"Moon," he murmurs. He rolls off to her side and onto his back, beckoning for her to curl up in the hollow of his shoulder. He has no other words right now: he doesn't really need them. Just a contented sigh as he buries his face in her hair.

"Please don't run from me again," she asks, her voice gentle. "I see everything you are, Jason, and much of what you will be... and it doesn't frighten me. It's you. Everything is you, and it's you I want to be around."

"I won't run, Moon; that much I will promise. If thinks aren't working for me, I'll come and talk to you about it, and we'll figure out what to do together. But I won't run."

"Thank you."
