There are those of the tarot who know how to set up for a party.
Ruin had spent most of the afternoon building the bonfire. He has carefully made it much in the way he would have with the villagers of his mortal life when they would celebrate the harvests. Charity, Unity, and Skill had spent most of the day setting up food, both their sorts of foods and the sorts the sentients would be expecting.
Moon watched it all with rapt fascination, her eyes on the marshmallows Skill told her firmly she isn't allowed to touch yet. But they're white and fluffy looking and Moon is curious. Mons barks at her, warning Skill, and Moon is shooed off.
It's Fortune who puts out blankets, spread all over the beach area for everyone to use. Moon watches her family set up for a party, for guests... real guests who are coming simply to come instead of for answers. She watches Fortune set down a large stack of very warm looking towels, and she grins.
Swimming. Damian will like the swimming.
Her wolves run up and down the beach in excitement, and Moon knows it's time.
Disappearing back to Milliways, she sets it up so people can come and go as they need to, pleased with herself and her family.

Date: 2009-10-03 06:51 am (UTC)When he looks he'll find Star, standing, long skirts and golden-white hair fluttering in the breeze, smiling brilliantly at his show of adoration.
Re: In the Ocean
Date: 2009-10-03 07:16 am (UTC)Damian looks over the radiant woman from head to toe, determining at once that she isn't truly a threat. As such, he doesn't rise from his place, letting the waves continue against his hands and feet. He senses a power similar to Moon's and speaks frankly instead of giving a formal greeting. Well... it's a little formal anyway, if not traditional.
"You are one of Moon's siblings. By what name may I call you?"
[ooc: Just tagging before heading to bed. Hopefully I'll catch you later! Nice to get Damian talking to someone new. ^^ Btw: if Star is the type to address him by his original name instead of his given-vampire name, she can call him Kvelden. He'll just be a bit weirded out by it. XD]
Re: In the Ocean
Date: 2009-10-03 10:30 am (UTC)The smile broad on her lips, with her silver-blue eyes filled with nothing but joy and pleasure --nay, pride-- for that what she watches and the who.
Her lips press, eyes flickering once down and up. And for as much as it might be a demur move, nothing in her pleasure is shy when she walks closer.
"You may call me Star."
Re: In the Ocean

He doesn't bother giving his name in return. He knows that she already knows it... along with more information than he would likely want her to know. There is nothing he can do about that, though, so he lets it go. The sea makes him too happy to worry about things that are out of his hands.
