Tarot Beach Party

There are those of the tarot who know how to set up for a party.

Ruin had spent most of the afternoon building the bonfire. He has carefully made it much in the way he would have with the villagers of his mortal life when they would celebrate the harvests. Charity, Unity, and Skill had spent most of the day setting up food, both their sorts of foods and the sorts the sentients would be expecting.

Moon watched it all with rapt fascination, her eyes on the marshmallows Skill told her firmly she isn't allowed to touch yet. But they're white and fluffy looking and Moon is curious. Mons barks at her, warning Skill, and Moon is shooed off.

It's Fortune who puts out blankets, spread all over the beach area for everyone to use. Moon watches her family set up for a party, for guests... real guests who are coming simply to come instead of for answers. She watches Fortune set down a large stack of very warm looking towels, and she grins.

Swimming. Damian will like the swimming.

Her wolves run up and down the beach in excitement, and Moon knows it's time.

Disappearing back to Milliways, she sets it up so people can come and go as they need to, pleased with herself and her family.

Balancing against the rock, his hands slide down around her hips, pulling her legs up to slip around him. He can't help but grin against her lips. "Ever smoosh in the ocean before? I know it'd be a first for me..."

A friendly shout from shore earn a one-fingered salute as he continues kissing her.

Moon lets her head fall back as she laughs, just delighting in Jason's attention, in having their friends there.

"No," she says, listening to the ocean. "I didn't smoosh much before you."

He tsks as he kisses her throat, pressing himself against her under the water. If anything, the feel of the waves bobbing them in the water adds to the sensation.

"I'm glad I could change that for you."

He pulls back enough to look at her, the light from both moons reflecting in the water around them. Moonlight really does suit her, inside and out. He smiles and catches her mouth fully with his again, a soft moan vibrating in his throat.

Moon's fingers curl against his neck as she whimpers softly, yielding to his kiss utterly as she wraps her legs comfortably around him. Jason has changed a lot for Moon, and she doesn't regret one moment. As she squirms against him, sliding her tongue against him, she can't think of anything more perfect.

Water isn't great for sex, but the feel of her body slipping against his makes that the foremost thing on his mind. He swallows down her soft whimpers as his fingers slip beneath and inside her.

Her breath catches as he does that, and she shudders in the warm water. Moon tightens her arms around his neck, the kiss becoming a little more passionate. She nips at his lower lip as she moans, rocking against him in time with the movements of the ocean, her bright eyes looking up at him, seeing beyond what most people can see.

Seeing everything that makes him Jason and loving each bit she knows with pause or question.

And she'll be able to see what he's feeling at the moment: that feeling he's too afraid to put a name to but has stopped pushing back. It radiates from him as he holds her, his mouth returning the kiss with as much passion as he can offer.

He pulls her against him, sliding her onto himself with a small gasp. It's different here in the water, but damn if it isn't good.

"Oh God, Moon..."

Moon wriggles on him, moaning.

"Jason," she murmurs, leaving his mouth to nip, lick, and suckle at his throat. He tastes of the ocean and heat and Jason. Moon rocks in time with the waves, keeping it slow, enjoying every sound she can draw from him with her mouth against his throat.

He's achieving a good rhythm inside her in spite of the waves, his sounds growing louder and more desperate.

Until one particularly large wave crashes against the rock. The force of the spray is unexpected, and suddenly there is no Jason holding on to the rock. In fact, there's no sign of Jason anywhere.

And there is a disappointed Moon floating in the middle of the ocean.

"The water isn't a place to play hide and seek... especially while smooshing," Moon says to no one, looking around her for the wolf.

Jason surfaces about five yards away, sputtering in surprise. He glances around and sees Moon treading water, looking disappointed.

And he really can't help but burst out laughing as he swims towards her.

"Fucking cock-blocking ocean!" he laughs.

Moon huffs.

"That was inconvenient."

Jason's eyes are bright as he catches her back up in his arms, letting the waves push them towards shore.

"I'm sorry. I can get you on dry land and make it up to you," he offer with a sly leer.

There's some laughter.

"Will you? Is it me you'd be making it up to or just you smooshing because you like smooshing?"

He gives her a look of mock pain. "Oh, that hurts. I can smoosh anyone if that's what I want."

His fingers give her nipples a quick pinch under the water. "I like making you feel good, Moon. If you want to go to shore and snuggle and have a few drinks, I'll be down with that, too."

There's yelping at the pinching.

"I want to cuddle with you and dry off and be warm and watch everyone around us... then we can think about smooshing."

Jason smiles warmly, snuggling her as a wave tumbles them over.

"Let's go dry off," he murmurs. He feels sand beneath his feet and stumbles to his feet, still holding Moon in his arms. "I'll bring you some food and drink and we'll go be social."

He kisses her softly, but passionately.

Moon steps up onto the beach, grinning, her feet sinking in the sand as she leans into the kiss.

"Such a good wolf-mate," she teases.

He pulls back, eyes shining in the moonlight. "I do my best. Come on."

He wraps his arm around her shoulders lovingly and leads her back to the bonfire and the happy sounds of the party.
